Don’t buy anything from here the girls are so rude, full of attitude and unhelpful. Couldn’t exchange a Christmas present two day after Christmas and the lady looked at me like I was crazy. Worst experience will never buy anything Michael Kors again.

Blah… This describes the required personality to work here. I will admit one gal had a(what I thought was) genuine smile and was kinda nice… The others that I encountered here in my two visits were so phony-fake and snobby. I felt them judging me the second I walked into the store. I hate when you go to a store and a worker looks at you trying to decide who you are and why you had the audacity to step foot in their precious establishment. This is how I felt. Have you ever seen the movie Pretty Woman? While the words didn’t come out of their mouths, they said you don’t belong with their eyes… I probably earn twice the income they do, but because I don’t wear barely clearing the ass shorts and stilettos in the winter, I am looked down upon. I’m sorry I came in wearing sensible boots and my pea coat. You may have forgotten we had just encountered 8 inches of snow. Anyway… I found a handbag that I had to have. Surprisingly, the sale price here was significantly less that the sale going on at Macy’s. Next time, I’ll pay the extra $$ to avoid the ugly personalities at the MK store… For real…

I’ll concur with the review by Tim K. My suggestion: shop at Nordstrom for MK stuff. The return policy is much better than the MK store– minus the attitude and you will get your cash back. I will say, the MK Store carries exclusive items that Nordstrom and others don’t have. Thus, it’s worth the visit– restrictive policies and all. ;)

I went to buy my wife a purse for her birthday and ended up regretting ever stepping foot in this store. The best word to use to describe my experience is «wow» and I use that with a negative emphasis behind it. They are nice, but it comes off very fake and forced. No matter how many times I politely said«no thank you» when they would try and up sell on other items, they still pushed on. Long story short my wife thought the bag I got her was just«okay» so I offered to return it and get her another one she had her eye on at Coach. She agreed so off I went to return it and this is where the crap hit the fan. Like I said they are nice when you are buying something, but returning something is a different story; bitches would be an understatement to describe their attitudes. I had just purchased this purse the night prior and with cash mind you and when I told them she just didn’t care for it the lady working there gave me a snotty look and made me feel like it was my fault for not getting her what she wanted. I asked for my money back, like I said I paid cash, and she informs me they don’t return cash back for purchases and that I’d get a check in the mail in around 6 to 8 weeks. Seriously?! Since when is cash not given back for a cash purchase? I fought her tooth and nail and she said the only other option she had was to put the money on a Debit Card if I had one so that way I’d get the money back faster. What a joke. Needless to say I had her refund my card, walked directly across the wing of the mall and spent my money at Coach. I will never be doing business at this Michael Kors location again.
