Your basic Target. They have plenty of grocery, cleaning, household, décor, outdoors, and stationery items. And like my basic trip to Target, I go in planning on buying one item and walk out with a whole bunch of stuff I had no intention of getting.
Today was no exception. I went in for allergy pills. The Target generic of Zyrtec works great for me and I ended up getting that AND $ 30 worth of items for my friends’ kids Easter baskets.
They have a nice fresh grocery section as well as other areas.
I was greeted a few times during my shopping and asked if I needed anything. The staff were very nice.
If I were in Novi, I would stop, again!

This is not a very well run Target. They are consistently out of stock on things, have cash registers that are lit up, but no representative in sight, and cashiers that are slow as molasses. I come here because it is close and never busy. They really need to clean house, because it is the worst run Target I have been to. Almost makes me want to travel to the 8 and Haggerty location. I think I am going to start taking my business to the New Hudson Walmart until this place gets their ducks in a row.

Target rocks. Lines are usually too long at this one and customer service is hesitant to check people out (or at least volunteer to do so), but it is always well stocked and the people working there are pretty friendly. Clean store. Popcorn is good, too!

Pros: this target is much slower compared to other local stores, making parking and aisle browsing easier. It also has a Starbucks and great customer service/​management whenever I’ve had a problem. I use the pharmacy once a quarter and have no problem with wait times.
Cons: because it is a slower location, staffing is generally minimal, making check out a longer process. Additionally, if you are looking for a «hot» item, it may not be available at this location– we’ve had to travel to Brighton or Livonia locations are more than one occasion for an electronic item.

The service: many staffs on duty. great location. less crowded. well organized. little café and Starbucks in the store too.
The parking: private lot, lots of parking. Next to Sam’s club.

Love my Target. Always has the things we need and I ship there weekly. Clean store, friendly employees. Wish grocery was larger but all is good.

I absolutely love this target!
Great selection of quality things such as entertainment, clothing, groceries, cosmetics, and thins for the home. This target location is very clean and the staff is extremely helpful additionally they have a little place inside where delicious pretzels warm popcorn drinks and other foods can be purchased, as well as a Starbucks located right at the entry. Love it.

I’ve been to a lot of Targets in MI is this one is alright. I haven’t had a bad experience here, it’s just that this location is on the small side and the clothes are out of season. There is a Starbucks which is nice, but customer service consists of one aisle labeled «customer service» instead of a whole help desk and everything. The employees are all nice and helpful though. But I don’t know what’s going on with the women’s clothing-There’s clothes for sale regular price that I saw at a Target in Troy almost a year ago. Is this area just really behind style wise or what? Stores are supposed to get new seasons in every few months. Idk. But the grocery selection is a bit small, they don’t have much produce. And they don’t have much furniture either. This is probably due to it not being a «Greatland» or super center or w/​e though. The good thing is that it’s rarely crowded and checkout is fast. Overall I think it’s a nice store, it just needs some more updates.

My experience there today makes me think twice about where to shop in the future. The return department and customer service was extremely poor. I purchased an item, had a question about my receipt and was treated with total disrespect.

Good clean place and not terribly busy any time. I go to this Target a lot.
The upgrades include Starbucks and added small grocery section.
The aisles have been upgraded within last 6 months. The staff is courteous and location is easy to access.

I am not out this way much, but this Target has always been clean, and well organized. Target always has something unique, and prices are moderate. They now have expanded grocery, which is a plus as well.

I am moving into this area and I have visited this Target quite a few times now. I am really impressed with the size of the store and it’s expanded food section. I have not experienced the long lines with limited cashiers open here like I have at other locations. I am thrilled to be living near such a nice Target store.
