Every time I come here, the store is neat and clean. Helpful staff to navigate the store, a nice selection when you’re looking for the right gift.
The areas are well labeled so when you’re walking through it’s not so hard.

Usually really slow here, but they must have hired some new employees. Management is doing a great job, someone asked if I needed help finding anything. Cashier was very friendly and polite.

The location feels a little run down and outdated but they have a really good selection of all kinds of toys here. All the employees I’ve interacted with have always been friendly and helpful. It’s usually not packed unless it’s around the holidays.

I always feel whenever I go in here there’s 1 register for every 5 people in line. Everything is over priced. Not really a fan.

As a new grandmother I rely a lot on the support of the staff here. Samantha, a rather new employee, extended herself beyond measure. When asking where something is, most staffers tell you an isle (even though you can’t find their isle numbers), but not Samantha. She promptly guided me to what I needed. She even followed up with not only showing me where the complimentary wrapping center was, but helped me with wrapping my large gift. Three cheers for Samantha! The (outstanding) manager might want to clone this employee! ;)

I visited this store with the intent of purchasing a doll. I realized that I was taking a chance entering this mad house due to the holiday being three weeks away. What I wasn’t prepared for was the staff’s poor customer service. At 5:15pm on a weekday you have one register open? It was unbelievable to me and the 30 other customers. As the additional two lines began to open in lieu of taking the next customer they just let whomever walk up. They totally disregarded the shoppers that had been standing in this one line. When I questioned VIcki who I assumed was a manager tells me that it was unfair for me to bash them because they were short handed. I told VIcki she was absolutely right and I walked out the store and left Vicki and that doll. I don’t have any children so I only shop there for gifts. Pardon me I used to shop there occassionally for gifts but I will not be returning.

It’s the most wonderful time of the year — but not if you have to shop at Toys R US! Went in for some shopping fun late on a Friday. They were open until 1AM, and we arrived around 10:30. What a mess. I saw about a dozen employees throughout the store. Not a single one greeted us or asked us if we needed help finding anything. We were almost done with our shopping when I found a pogo stick, unwrapped and in one of the aisles. I decided to give it a go. No sooner than 1 bounce later — I was being scolded by an employee and was told «NO PLAYING IN THE STORE!» Wow — really guy? It’s a toy store. I am appalled!
I’ve never been impressed with their cleanliness, their selection or their prices. I think I’ll stick to local toy shops or
from now on.

This TRU is stocked like a pre-​recession kids’ dream, but why is it so dark? To sedate the tiny tots for naptime? Staff is friendly but should bring a flashlight!

One of my kids favorite places on earth. This store needs updating or something, I am not fond of the layout. It makes finding what you want a bit of a challenge but they have every toy you could ever want. We went today looking for a spirograph and they had it! The lady at the checkout was super friendly. They also always seem to have a good selection of clearanced items.
