I can’t really say anything about the food because I ordered a bowl of soup and half a salad and 15 minutes later still didn’t have it after four groups of customers in front of me got their food. Employees didn’t seem to care. Disappointing.

Nice and fresh soup. I tried the combo which comes with half salad or sandwich and a side soup. Soup is served with bread. They have french, multigrain and sour dough bread as options. I ordered thai curry chicken soup and chicken toscana sandwich. Got the item within 2 minutes. Order and service was so quick. Soup was excellent. I always love thai curry and soup with that flavor was superb. Zoup is a different option in the twelve oaks mall. If you want to have something different you can stop by and you will like it.

Love zoup in General wherever I go. Great selection and always Fresh. Just wanted to give a shout out to Antonio and his crew at the 12 oaks mall. Super busy and loud, but he took the time to make recommendations and even remembered oyster crackers for my chili! Superb customer service and he made my day. Thanks guys!
