Elite Roofing is a joke! They haave horrible customer service & communication skills. Be aware that they will say they can do the job for less than your insurance quote but that is sure to change. They did not complete all of the work on the estimate (later stating ‘oh we don’t do that type of work’. Forget about getting an itemized invoice to see what they did & what you paid for etc.
I would avoid this company at all cost. I was trying to support ‘hometown, local business’ but this company is incompetent to say the least.

Get other bids first. Do not hire this company based on «promotional coupon» as it seems to vanish in estimate. Find out if their employees are doing work, or have they sub-​contracted out and created a significant profit out of your extra layer of expense. Had miscommunication problems — get everything in writing, esp if you make adjustments over phone!
Staff was responsive to adjustments on disputed work. No hands-​on, company ownership in evidence.
