Cool Auto spot. Helpful Staff and stocked pretty darn good to me. I stopped in a few days ago to ensure my car battery was operating correctly and to pickup some CR1616 batteries for my keys. I was all set and good to go for everything I stopped in for. FYI, they check your battery and check engine light free of charge. I say if you have minimal cosmetic issues, then stores like this are a true gem when ya need them! Have a great day peeps.

Just went to get a few things for my car and I ended up buying only one. The level of poor custumer service is crazy. I was assisted by two different ladies and all the time they were speeking to me I felt like I was been pushed arround. Finally when I asked about a product on sale she had no idea which product I was reffering to and implied that I should have read the price tag on the shelf. After that I paid what I had in my hand and left. Dont know how they can keep a bussines with that kind of approach.

Store has poor management and doesn’t really know how to handle their own commercial operations. I guess their POS(point of sale) system has major gaps, but I was appalled by lack of interest in helping me resolve my warranty exchange. They were able to find my purchase history, but would not honor the warranty because I did not have the original receipt. Why log customer information and purchase history if that is the case? Instead of escalating internally to their own side, I had to call customer service on the phone to get it resolved which took over an hour. I was being treated like a shoplifter that was trying to wrongfully return an item that was stolen. But since they could see my name and that I purchased the part on their screen no more than two months ago that is not the case. Even they should be able to see there is a problem and try to solve it or communicate it upwards. But they repeatedly said there was nothing they could do. I also asked for the contact information for the regional manager but they would not share his number. his name is Glen Ruben and hopefully I will get a call back from him soon. Overall, there was: Lack of their own POS system knowledge. Lack of communication skills. Lack of knowledge about the parts they sell. Just a major frustration and disappointment. I don’t plan on using the store when I can purchase online or get parts elsewhere.

I went to this store recently on a rainy night, asked if they could put the tester on my car to check the charging system, and they gladly did so immediately. While this might seem unpraiseworthy, I had just left another store(namely A.Z.) a few blocks away that refused because they claimed that the rain would ruin their tester(which is complete bull). Needless to say, this store will get my business in the future.
