Allstate Insurance: Gary Vivinetto

Be very weary of this Allstate office. They were overcharging me for years on insurance rates. To make matters worse the actual insurance agent listed on all the policy documents doesn’t even appear to work at the agency. Whenever I called to discuss one of my policies or needed support, I was speaking with secretaries and administrative support people. I never once, in five years, dealt with the actual insurance agent himself and service could not have been worse. I noticed a serious lack of professionalism and had a difficult time making even the simplest of changes to my policies. They also do not returns calls or confirm that requested policy changes have actually been made.
How this office is still in business is beyond my comprehension.
