Amazingly friendly staff. I got there almost at closing time and they took their time to explain how the tanning bed works. Didn’t rush me. Very cookie place. It made me want to bring Margaritas next time I’m tanning. Lol.

Best Tanning Salon! Great prices, daily specials, always super clean, never have to worry about bulbs being out in the beds, staff is extremely nice & always willing to help and answer any questions & first visit for new customers is FREE!

First time here, very easy registration process. Clean beds, really friendly girls behind the counter, and – free first tan, free lotion packet (first time), free Winkies, free eye goggles if you want them. When’s the last time you want to a tanning salon that wasn’t pinching pennies over stickers for your eyes?! Lol will def go back.

I just left there. First of all the customer service is excellent! Very friendly ladies. The beds were clean. The price is right. Great place. I will be a regular.

For the sake of good consumer practices and some darn decency, I’ll write a review based on the business rather than one unfortunate customer.
I walked past this place when I spotted huge sign advertising Sunday specials. Being one to try things out at least once, I waltzed in with 100 burning (pun intended) questions. How does one tan? Do you lay? Do you stand? Am I the one keeping time? Is there a bell like a microwave? Will I go blind if I open my eyes? Can I get locked in? Will I be radioactive if I stay in too long? (All valid questions for a tanning noob.)
Luckily, the customer service was great. The young ladies behind the desk were very knowledgable on the equipment, procautions and practices. Score one star for the youths! Next, they gave me a tour of the beds. They all looked clean, had all working bulbs, and the room was stocked with fresh towels and disposable eye protectors. Score one star for maintainence and one for cleaniness!
Now here is something weird to note. Ever walk into Cups in Clifton? or Muscle Maker on Franklin Ave. HOLY HELL is it loud in there. I’m all for blaring music, but if the point is to lay comfortable for a few minutes, I can’t imagine doing that with hardcore EDM (or whatever the kids are listening to) bombarding my ears. The music is at a low to moderate, audible volume. One star for ambiance! Lastly, the prices! I’m one broke mofo (note the walking part of the review. too broke to drive) so it’s nice to know I can treat myself to a little vitamin d and artificial sun for a discounted price on a Sunday. (Half price any bed at the time this review was written.) Score one star for deals!
Overall, this is a great spot right in Nutley. Nice, non-​pretenious and welcoming to those new to the dark (or slightly tanned) side.
