Walked I n today to a rather short line. Stood there trying to decide what to get and the worker behind the counter named Krystal was so kind she helped me make a decision. In the end I got a medium ice coffee but her attention was great. !!! She smiled and made small conversation. I’m look forward to going back soon.

Quick friendly service. Located across a elementary school so very busy most times despite that fact that there’s another DD two block away. Neither DD location has a drive thru which would be so much more convenient. I mean come on, after all, «America runs on Dunkin» so we want our cup of Joe and move on, right? There’s parking spaces for about 20 cars and a few tables indoors. This location is clean. The biggest complaint from me is the fact that they only have 1 bathroom stall for both genders so if you order in, there will be a line for the restroom always. Food and coffee/tea preparation is mediocre as with any other average DD. If you download the DD app, there are coupons from time to time. Also, you earn points from your purchase to redeem for free items in future purchases. There’s bonus week as well for double points such as this week. If you’re a DD lover, I highly suggest to get DD app on your smartphone.

This place is the absolute worst, if making a case for minimum wage to be $ 15, one visit here would null and void it. Even at 6am there’s a line a mile long, there will be 10 people behind counter but only one register working so they all just stand around with dead eyes like they don’t even exist. When you do manage to place an order, no matter what you order it will be questioned. Like if you order a large coffee 3 sugars and cream, the response will be «A medium?» «No a large.» «5 sugars?» «No 3». «Skim milk?» «No cream.» It really makes you want to punch someone in the throat. It’s not like this is once, this has been a culmination of going several times a week over the past couple of years, they are the absolute worst human beings in the entire galaxy, go down the st to the one on park/river road barely any line there except for the fat guy that drives a Subaru that gets a dozen donuts every day at 6am, he has never not been there every single day ever.

This Dunkin has parking and friendly staff. The lines can get very long here, but it moves quickly.

There is a dunkin on park avenue right around the corner from this one. Go there. With the extra 45 seconds it takes to get there you will be in and out before this place even takes your order. Its right next to a school so parents all hang out there and clog up the already tiny parking lot. There is always a group of kids in front of you not knowing what they want, changing the order, and rthe teenager behind the counter hasnt even noticed the giant line of frustrated people behind me and this kid in front of me. I have gone in several times in order to give the place a chance, and before I wrote this review, however I have now been in 5 times, and all 5 times it was at different hours. I only dealt with the crazy parents once, but every other time I went well after 5, that is when the kids would be in there. Also the staff was very inattentive and almost rude at a few points. I dont like to give bad reviews but 5 times is enough.

I don’t know if it is the water they use to make coffee, the stuff here tastes great! Much better than other nearby Dunkin Donuts. It could be crazy buzy in mornings, but other times are pretty much consistent good service and good coffee for all those caffeine addicts and coffee connoisseurs.

This Dunkin Donuts is fine, don’t get me wrong, but please avoid this Dunkin Donuts like the plague during weekday mornings. I have done just that several times, and every time it was just a complete madhouse in the parking lot. This morning as I was in the parking lot at 7:15am, it was a complete gridlock with cars flowing out onto the street in all three entrances. A lady in a BMWSUV stuck halfway onto the street was yelling at the top of her lungs at a guy in a sedan. She screamed«I was here first!!! I’m not stopped in the street for my health you know!!!» I thought the guy was trying to steal a spot that she had been eyeing, but it looks like the guy already got his food and was just trying to get out. Another guy in a sedan pulled out of his parking space in the middle of the mess, and started flinging his arms at the cars around him; I’m no lip reader, but sounds like he was yelling«MOVE! MOVE!» And I don’t even want to mention the impatience of the customers in line inside this morning. I feel bad for the workers. The morning-time customers here are nuts, not just today but also with one prior experience… but at least I can say they will get their much needed delicious coffee at this Dunkin Donuts to calm their crankiness! I’ve been to this Dunkin Donuts on weekends on many occasions. Things are much slower paced on weekends and I have always been satisfied with what I’ve gotten.

Seems to me that no matter the time this DD is always busy and has a line. The parking lot is pretty decent in size, but when this place is at it’s busiest there is never an available spot. I’ve seen people park in the next door industrial parking lot which i don’t think is totally legal. Like every other DD the coffee is ok. But the real reason I’m in here is for the breakfast sandwiches and/or donuts. My toddler is also obsessed with the tator tots.

This is by far the best DD in the area. Very clean, always open, there’s usually a nice selection of Donuts regardless the time of day or night and the staff is very friendly and time efficient. Definitely a 10 on a scale of 1 – 10 to ten.

This DD was convenient for me to stop in and get a coffee before my long commute. I tried this location out about once a week for almost a year, but will not be coming back. Normally, I wouldn’t waste my time writing up a fast food franchise, because my expectations are set pretty low when it comes these places. Unfortunately, my seemingly simple* regular order gets screwed up somehow more than half the time. There doesn’t seem to be a language barrier, and the staff is usually apologetic about the errors, but it’s annoying to consistently get the wrong thing. I’m compelled to write a review because I’m just fed up with getting iced coffee instead of hot, or a small instead of a large, or a coconut instead of a vanilla flavored coffee. i mean really, is a large french vanilla hot coffee with milk &2 sugars **that** hard to screw up? *I’m no coffee professional, so maybe what **I** think is a simple order, isn’t.

Our go-to dd, always busy but the line moves fast. Open 24⁄7 and whoever is on duty here is usually competent enough to get the job done. This location is MUCH faster than the dd two block down on Park and rt.21.
