First time customer and I was very impressed with their friendliness and professionalism (and I’m pretty hard to impress). I brought two pairs of pants there for a quick hem. They were done in 2 days and the owner even gave me my money back for one pair, since they didn’t have to do much on them. That has never happened to me before! I appreciated the honesty. I will be returning. Easy to access and plenty of parking.

I would give this place 0 stars if I was able to. Although the customer service is fine, I would not recommend my worst enemy come here for tailoring. I’m not sure how they measure here but I came here with a bridesmaid dress to be tailored. I requested only one thing: that he take the dress in at the waist. Instead, I get my dress back and the top is so tight I can’t even wear a bra… and I promise there is not much that I need to fit in there as is but somehow it went from extremely comfortable with one to barely breathing without one. In addition, he took the dress in at my hips which I specifically told him not to do because I wanted to be able to sit comfortably in.
All in all I would not recommend Milano Cleaners to anyone, please spare yourself the heartache and go elsewhere.

I’ve been here about 10+ times and I’ve never had an issue. They also do clothing alterations. I had a pair of pants with wide leg opening and they tapered them for a reasonable price.

I went here to have some patches sewn on to my jiu jitsu uniform because I knew they do alterations and tailoring. I dropped it off on a Tuesday morning and the woman told me to come back the next day in the afternoon. Already I was turned off by the fact that it was such a long turnaround for something I have had done before at other places in the same day… even in just a few hours. The next day I stopped in earlier than my order said simply because I happed to be in the neighborhood and I figured I would see if it was ready in order to save me a trip later in the day. The guy looked at my receipt and said I was supposed to come to pick it up Thursday and not Wednesday. Two days to sew on two patches? Really? So I saw my uniform hanging up on the rack behind the counter and simply asked if he could check it to see if it might have been done already. He walked around acting like he couldn’t see the only jiu jitsu uniform in the entire shop and asked me to come back the next day. I continued to point out my uniform until he finally saw it but he still said I wasn’t supposed to pick it up until the next day. At that point I asked if I could just have it back and I would take it somewhere else to have it done. When he grabbed it from the rack to give it back to me I noticed that it already had the patches put on!!! All this time he was being difficult and telling me to come back and the work was already done. And when I politely asked why he wouldn’t just check it to begin with he just basically ignored me and asked me for the money I owed for the patches they applied. The only good thing I could say about this experience is that the stitching on the patches is excellent. The customer service, however, leaves much to be desired. If it wasn’t for the quality of the work this would have been only one star. Maybe it was just a bad day for them but since this was my only experience with them it is the only thing I can base my review on.

I have been using Milano Cleaners forever. The service is great. They do great work on alterations. They did a great job with my mom’s mother of the groom dress. AWESOME!

Great service. Since I always wait until the last minute to do my dry cleaning (because I usually forget to have things cleaned until I remember I need it the next day), I asked for same day service and it was no problem. Definitely will be going back in the future

By far the best dry cleaning in my area. The owners, husband and wife, are both super sweet and polite. I knew this was a keeper when I desperately needed my dry clean one night but was going to be about 20 minutes late. The owner was kind enough to stay open until I got there, and also offered to deliver my items to my home if I should need it in the future. They have reasonable prices and are very clean. They also offer alterations there which is a huge plus. I highly recommend!

The BEST dry cleaner in NJ! Great quality and excellent customer service. The staff is always welcoming and friendly. I have never had a problem here. Clothes are always ready when promised. I highly recommend this place!

THE BEST dry cleaner we have ever used. My wife and I do all our dry cleaning and alterations here. The clothes really get clean and we are very picky. They also replace any missing collar stays in all my shirts, and carry the clothing and hang them in the car for my wife.
