I frequently visit this Starbucks to get coffee when I need it. The staff is incredibly helpful and I don’t recall a time where they gave me a hard time or messed up my order. Often times this place fills up and there are no seats inside or parking spaces but overall I can’t complain at all.

Great location… staff is polite and professional. They never sell out of goodies. I gave only 4 stars because the parking and outside sitting area are a nightmare. Spots are scarce and the sitting area is in the parking lot where you are smelling exhaust and listening to drivers curse and scream at each other.

People it’s Starbucks it’s on a main road in Nutley so little street parking and the lot isn’t worth mentioning. Excellent foo foo drinks like those frappuccions and lattes, I am a coffee an espresso drinker myself. Why come to Starbucks is it for the variety of drinks hot and cold their ready made sandwiches. Is it for the pastries the excellent service the lounging you can do there. Yes that’s why you go to Starbucks.

This location probably has about 15 parking spots, but inevitably, at least half of them are always jacked by PNC Bank customers. This leaves you likely having to park on the street, where you either have to feed the meter every day except Sunday or else get ticketed by Nutley PD.
On a positive note, the staff here has always been friendly and I’ve never had to wait too long for my order, but seating is somewhat limited so I recommend this location as a grab and go versus a sit and stay.

This is a great Starbucks location. It is located downtown, with a tight parking lot… but often times you can also find parking on the street.
Staff is always friendly and perky (sometimes too perky if it is early)
The lines are never very long and most of the times there are open tables and stuff.
I like to sit by the window with my first latte of the morning and just gaze out at the street scene going by… Nutley is such an old-​skool place.

Great service. All the baristas are friendly and fast. I do a lot of traveling, and I have to say I think this starbucks seems a little dirty, and old, compared to some of the other ones I’ve been in lately. Aside from a store refresh, this is a really nice store to visit.

I’ve been going to this Starbucks for years. Overall, it’s been a great experience. I’ve noticed lately that it’s pretty dirty. The parking lot has always been a mess, with garbage cans overflowing and snow not cleared well — particularly the Handicapped spot! Please clean it up! I want to continue doing business with you but won’t if conditions remain.

As good as it gets for customer service. Regardless of the number of people standing in line, there is always a smiling face at the register. As far as the coffee and baked goods go… Well, it’s Starbucks, not the worst not the best. One star must be deducted for a lack of consistency and the worst possible location EVER! Park on the street to avoid the cluster_​_​_​_​which is the parking lot.

As I was walking to the door (the one in the parking lot) I was stopped dead in my tracks by MICE! Plural. Running across the foundation where the door is at.

The baristas here are really sweet and try to move as quickly as possible to get people in and out in the morning. The only major flaw with this place is that the parking lot is unbelievably small and you always feel like you’re going to get into a brawl with someone because no one knows how to maneuver their car in that tiny lot. It really blows.

People that work here always have a smile. Stopped for a drink after taking my 1 year old for a walk and been a regular since I don’t usually go to Starbucks but place is clean and people are really friendly.

This is definitely my favorite Starbucks. Like most Starbucks the people are friendly. I always come on off hours so there’s never really a line. The parking is kinda bad when it’s crowded and the left turn out of the lot blows, yet I still find myself risking my life for this place.

I think this is one of my fave Starbucks locations (even if it doesn’t have a drive-​thru). The baristas are some of the friendliest I’ve ever encountered. Yet they are also quick and try to get you in & out as soon as possible. My drink orders have ALWAYS been on point and perfectly delicious. The off-​street parking is super convenient but can be impossible to get into during peak hours.
