Steak House

Food is Horrible, Service Sucks the people that work there are un professional and mind you idk about you but i prefer NOT to eat at a place that has MOUSE TRAPS !!

Great food and great people. Have to try the wings they are the best and at .25 each you can’t go wrong.

Basically a shell of Franklin Steak House trying to pass itself off as Franklin Steak House under the guise of «The Steakhouse». Went there Sunday to maybe 20 or so people around the bar, not one single table in restaurant had anyone at it, got pizza and wings, wings were ok, def just heated up and tossed with some hot sauce, not fresh. Pizza looked like it had been done in a microwave or a small convection oven, wasn’t cooked fully, cheese barely melted, kinda soggy and luke warm, one bartender running around serving food and drinks, def overworked but she did pretty good all things considered, what I didn’t like was chef/​cook just hangin out watchin football, smokin cigs out front during down time, little unprofessional but whatever, I won’t be going back

food is good but the service is bad. I ordered a Guinness and it was flat. I complained about it and they gave a new one but still charged me for the flat Guinness I sent back.

Disappointed as I gave this place a few chances. When first reopened was good but after that was downhill. Sad as I always like to support non chain restaurants but won’t be back.

I had the «ULTIMATE STEAK SANDWICH» last night and it was delicious! I am very picky on steak, as I do not eat it often but I was in the mood for something different. It was cooked perfect! The sandwich had arugula, onions & swiss cheese. PERFECT combination!

God-​aweful. This is NOT the Franklin steakhouse which moved down the road. I found out the hard way with hideous food and service. New owners, new chef, new menu. Absolutely terrible.
