My family has been going to Susan for years and rave about her. While I was back in NJ I needed a consultation about my vision. I can see why she has been a staple in Nutley for years. The care, precision and expertise she shows is remarkable. A true pro who knows exactly what she is doing and is kind and caring. She takes time and makes sure you know EXACTLY what your options are. Very rare to find this level of customer service in any field. Highly recommended. Also a great selection of frames and a nice shop.

My husband is 40 years old and has had the pleasure of purchasing eyeglasses from Susan since he was in Elementary school. Not only is she a master craftsman, her prices always remain competitive even with the larger retail outlets. Two main reasons to visit Sue’s store are her personality and her creativity. I am an artist and Sue always satisfies my oddball requests often exceeding my expectations. She is effective with all age groups all tastes all styles and is always above all else a pleasure to deal with.

We went to this optician to get glasses for our nine month old baby who has glaucoma and is very near-​sighted. After having a bad experience with another optician, we were very pleased with the knowledge and expertise Susan had about children’s glasses. She was able to recommend the perfect frame for our baby and spent extra time with us over the phone to address any concerns we had. After the glasses were complete, she spent almost an hour with us adjusting the nose pads and legs of the frame to fit our baby’s face; it’s been almost a month now and our baby tolerates wearing his glasses for long periods of time and has adjusted well to them. We also hear lots of compliments from people about how well the glasses fit him. We are so grateful to Susan for her service!
