When I returned the off-the-shelf tablecloths, untouched, the day after I rented them because we didn’t need them, Norman said we weren’t eligible for a refund but that he would ‘speak to the boss’. I’m pretty sure Norman is the boss. I even explained that it was for a charitable fundraiser, and I did warn him that I was a Unilocal user, but it obviously fell on deaf ears. After not hearing back, I called and Hannah told me we would be issued only a 50% refund (the order was $ 240). I would have understood a small re-stocking fee, but $ 120 was unacceptable. She said someone would call me back but again no one did. So, now I must advise anyone seeking party supplies DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. They are unresponsive and dishonest, and sleezy!
