I guess that I am the only person that ever had a problem at this place? It started with the first appointment when I filled out their online appointment request. I had to call and they couldn’t figure out why I wasn’t contacted. I had a great exam and spent a lot of money for 4 pairs of glasses and was told 1 – 2 weeks. I got 1 pair in 2 weeks, 2 pair in 6 weeks and I am still waiting for the 4th pair (8 weeks so far). No calls, no apologies and an attitude like it must be my fault. When I picked up the 2 pair that were 4 weeks late I said «thats 3 out of 4» and I was told «whatever you say»!
Don’t expect a phone call from them or any remorse for not delivering on time. You have to follow up or you will never see your glasses.

Dr. Watson truly cares about his patients. He conducts a thorough exam and is full of helpful common sense advice. His staff bring a great attitude to the shop and the selection of eye glass frames are current, tastefully stylish and of terrific quality. These are frames you won’t find at Costco. I recommend Eyevolution Optique whole heartedly!

My wife and I have been working with Dr. Watson for years and love the service– from eye exams to eyewear maintenance, along with the terrific product offering in eyewear. It is challenging not to fall in love with some of the uniquely designed and engineered eyeglass frames and working with his terrific staff in selecting what works best for your face. We remain very confident that we are in the very best hands upon entering Eyevolution and always greeted by our first names.

I’ve gone to Dr. Watson for more than 10 years, and I wouldn’t trust my eyes to anyone else. Even though I’ve moved 50 miles away from Nyack, I’m happy to make the drive to continue to see him. I have a VERY strong prescription and some small corneal tears that Dr. Watson was the only eye doctor to diagnose. His thorough examinations, knowledge of how medications I take affect my eyes, careful record keeping to track my ongoing eye health, and willingness to take the extra time my condition requires makes him by a long stretch the best eye doctor I’ve ever seen. As a bonus, he carries the most stylish frames and his staff is superb. Big, big fan. Thanks, Eyevolution.

Truly, my whole family has relied on Dr. Watson and his staff for several years now. They have developed a wonderful practice on many fronts. In terms of eye health Dr. Watson has excellent diagnostic skills and has steered us in the right direction even when it meant referring my husband for lasix surgery with an opthomologist and then taking great care in the follow up recovery.
They have an excellent range of frames to choose from & they also have a great «eye» in helping you choose frames that suit your style. Love them for this!

I love this place. The staff are amazing. So helpful, professional, and friendly. Ask them to suggest frames for you and you will experience the difference between shopping at a boutique and a big chain.
