Eventhough my bldg has a contract I discovered an infestation this morning of mini mice .I called at 10:00am and they couldn’t send anyone today or tomorrow (sat). Could not help with an emergency.

I had a massive infestation of wasps inside my house on a Saturday night. After getting them contained in just one room, I called several pest control companies on Sunday morning. I got voicemail for all of them except Global Pest Solutions. Damisi picked up the phone right away and said he would come out later that afternoon. (The other pest control companies I left messages for called back later to say they were closed on Sunday but could schedule an appointment for the next day or later in the week …)
Damisi and one of his associates came to my house early Sunday evening, quickly identified the wasps as paper wasps, and taught me all kinds of things about them, their habitat, why they had infested my house all of a sudden, and so on. You should know: Damisi isn’t just a pest control operator — he is also working on a Master’s degree in entomology (bug science). This guy knows his stuff!
He took me on a tour of my own property and pointed out all kinds of other little nests and things that I had never noticed before. He offered what I thought was a very fair price to take care of everything. I agreed, and this morning (Monday), he and his associated came out to my house again, as scheduled and exactly on time, to seal up all the entry points into the house, remove the existing wasp nests all over the property, and exterminate the wasps in the house and in the walls of my house. They were here for about two hours, and after that it was all done and over.
They’re coming back out tomorrow and the next day just to make sure everything is completely taken care of and there are no more residual wasps flying around.
