Hematology-Oncology Assoc of Rockland PC

The Doctors are very caring and competent at Rockland Hematology. A good example of the quality of doctors at this facility is Dr. Irina Rybalova, MD. However the clerical staff and nurses always seem to be in a rush. I believe this is due to the amount of patients they see. The clerical & nursing staff treat you like a number. This makes one feel as if you’re on a conveyor Belt on a assembly line. Parking is a bit tight as parking is scarce during busy times. I would recommend early appointments to avoid the rush. The waiting room is small for such a high volume facility. A patient can feel like their inside a can of sardines since the waiting room feels very tight during busy times. The Facility looks old and could use a renovation or at least a fresh coat of paint.
I believe patients put up with the hang ups because of the good Doctors. In addition the facility accepts all kind of insurance and is conveniently located.

It is incredible how this staff moves an incredible volume of people through their practice with efficiency, cordiality, and professionalism. Great place to go through a very unpleasant life stage.
Dr. K is excellent and the staff of nurses in the lab are wonderful. The receptionists are too kind to be from Rockland County. They are patient and always have a smile for their patients.
