Was very disappointed with my visit. I dont remember what the photographers name was either michelle or margaret but i was highly upset leaving. I went to have my one year olds picture taken and a family portrait as well. My sons father stepped out to get something (right in jcpenney) while my son got his pictures taken and the photographer asked for the family portrait to be taken. I told her to wait a lil more that ill go ge thim and once i did, she said times up it is 11:40 ur appt. was 11:30. the next family has not even arrived yet. She refused to take 1 not even 1 picture of my family. Veryyyy rude also. I do notttt recommend this place AT ALLL. She wasnt even able to get my sons attention. She was very rude and mean. Customer service there is absolutely horrible. Never getting my son’s picture taken there

I was only in the Portrait Studio, but the staff was great. Helpful with background and colors but I felt rushed to make my picks. You have three months to review the pictures online, which is helpful.
I would not order any pics without a coupon though.

I totally forgot that JcPenney had a hair salon. I used to get my hair done in the city and would have to spend my entire day there. Not fun. I stumbled upon the salon and have been a regular ever since. Check it out. They are quick, efficient and affordable. One stop shopping. Get your hair done and get your shopping done all in one spot. Love it.

I love JCP, so this issue was simply with the service. The girl who was my cashier could not have cared less about my experience, and instead of saying «thanks, have a great day» at the end of the transaction, she just said «here», and shoved my bag into my hands.

$$$$ Bargains galore folks! I buy 5 sweaters for like 9 bucks. Got some Hanes v necks and also bought a red hot chili pepper shirt. Purchased myself a angry bird tie to wear to church. If you want seasonal sales this departman store is the one to spend all that tax return cash. $$$$
