Lloyd C Kranes is arrogant, unprofessional and has no concern for patient well-being. His assistant is brash, rude and down-right unfriendly. Kranes refused to treat me 10÷25÷10(yes, two years later and I am still angry) saying that he did not have time, despite the fact that I informed his receptionist that I would require work done today when I made my appointment last week. I am in considerable pain from a chipped tooth which I purposely mentioned when arranging my appointment but Kranes’ staff were unprepared for me and surprised that I expected more than a «check up.» After sitting in the unattended waiting room for over 20minutes without ever being acknowledged, his abrasive nurse /assistant threw a bunch of forms at me and reminded Kranes he had a personal lunch appointment within my earshot, he then spent approximately 30seconds looking at my teeth and told me to come back next week. I informed him that I was in a lot of pain and pointed out that I had booked this appointment in order that he could address the chipped tooth, the cause of my pain. His answer was, «that’s not how it works.» I feel abused, mistreated, disrespected and neglected. A terrible experience.
