I love this place. I’ve been getting my hair cut and colored here since I moved to the area last year, from Manhattan. Agnet is wonderful and really knows what she’s doing. They go out of their way to make you comfortable & happy. And you leave looking and feeling great! So thankful to have found them!

Stopped in for a brow wax and ended up with a brow butcher! And the day before we’re taking family photos! As I was leaving I looked in the mirror and my right brow had a bald spot right in the middle of the arch, so I said something and they all acted like it wasn’t there. Then whisked me into a make-​up chair for a «touch-​up» which I had sweated off by the time I walked home.

Zero stars if I could. Run away fast before they ruin your hair!!!
Went in for red highlights and left with blonde hair. They bleached the heck of my hair. Not happy. I even went in with a darn photo and the lady must be blind because they destroyed my hair. I will never go back

My wife is very beautiful. I imagine many husbands say this and I understand that beauty is in the eye of the beholder. But I can tell you that she is the kind of beautiful where where we cannot go out to dinner without people remarking about how beautiful she is and asking her if she models.
She recently went to Pink Entourage for hair and makeup and I was shocked at what a terrible job they did. She doesn’t need help looking good. So I would imagine that any reasonable hair and makeup professional would not have difficulty producing a stunning result. The hair and makeup she walked out of the studio with was horrible. Her hair was dulled and matted from excessive and low quality hair spray. It was poorly styled with many loose strands flying away and with seemingly no regard to framing her face in a way that took advantage of her facial features. And her makeup was similarly terrible. It was applied in a way that displayed little understanding of how to highlight a woman’s natural beauty.
To make matters worse, the appointment began late and ran 30 minutes longer than she had told them she had. We ended up being late for our affair. If we had more time she would have showered it all off and done her own hair and make-​up with much better result.
There are several other similar studios in Nyack. I suggest you try another.
