What’s not to love about this library! The building is so adorable and historically significant as well. The staff are helpful. The book selection is great. Wifi is free. Conference/study rooms are easy to reserve. They have computers and printers, which is key for those of us who don’t have a printer at home. And gosh the staff is nice. Did I say that already? They also have wonderful programming and great rotating art displays. Best small library I have ever visited!

Love this place — one of my favorite parts of Nyack. Great selection, solid wifi, nice computer resource center, friendly staff, awesome building & atmosphere. They always do a fantastic job of getting in my requested books on hold. 5 stars.

Great Library — and the reference folks will help you get books that aren’t even in the BOCES system! Lots of programs, and a large collection(although a lot of it is in storage because of the new addition). They have DVDs, and lots of video games(which is awesome). Honestly, it’s hard to review a library since your library kind of depends on where you live and, like many other things tied to your residence, you kind of have to suck it up, but I have to say that I’m happy that Nyack Library is my library — it’s a sweet, sweet place.

One of the prettiest libraries I’ve seen, covered with ivy, one of the oldest libraries in the area – built with Carnegie money. They have a beautiful children’s section(good for wandering), research area with plugs and wireless internet, and a good collection of dvds. Ice cold air conditioning.
