Chinatown Express

Chinatown Express is the epitome of what I think of for Chinese food, inexpensive, tasty, warm, flavorful. I have been going to this location ever since it opened, maybe 15 years (maybe longer) ago. I have never walked in when one of the owners wasn’t there, behind the counter. As soon as you walk in, you are a long lost friend and it has always been that way. The hot braised chicken and lemon chicken are two of my favorites. The hot and sour soup is very tasty.

Excellent Chinese take out! The owners, who work the restaurant are very friendly and talk to all of their customers like old friends. The food is quick and good. They even have a drive through!

I’ve visited this location for years. Now that I’m married it’s become a regular place for my husband and I to order from. I regularly get the lemon chicken because it is far and away the best lemon chicken I have ever have. I’m also a big fan of the chicken lo mein and the hunan chicken. The sweet and sour meals are okay but I don’t find them to be more special than any other place. My husband loves their sesame chicken too and I must say that I love the crab rangoon. Their fried rice is the best in town.
The service here is great. I think that when I walk in they already start cooking up my husband’s favorite dish because we’re such regulars. The male owner gives you a great smile and a huge helping of rice too.
