Long story short– concerned about a tire when we were traveling 1100 miles back to our home state. Did a search on Unilocal for nearby auto shops. Called this business at 8am on a Saturday. Got us in pronto and were very professional and knowledgeable. They addressed our concerns so we could get back on the road. A lot of places would have taken advantage of our situation and charged an outrageous amount, but they didn’t. If I lived here, this would be my go place for auto care :)

Matt and the other employees are very friendly and honest. Most places I’ve been to try and sell me a bunch of services I don’t need because I’m a girl. Not here! Will be a long time customer. Where else do you get a car wash with an oil change?

After being quoted a ridiculous number at another shop, we ended up at Complete Auto Repair hoping for an honest mechanic. That is precisely what we got! Matt and his team got the job done for less than 1⁄10th of the cost quoted by another shop. They were kind, kept us informed, gave us choices, and WERE HONEST. A couple weeks after my husband’s car was returned, it died. Again. Complete Auto Repair asked no questions. The paid for the tow and had the correction done for free in just a couple of hours. They are good for their word, honest, and super dependable. We’ll be going back there for sure.
