Dr. Lin was awesome. The 3 girls that worked there looked and made it feel like they were the 3 most miserable human beings on the planet. There was no personality with them it was very tense and they weren’t much help. The whole eye glass selection wasn’t huge but like I said Dr Lin was great her staff just kind of ruined it for me.

Dr. Lin saw me on her day off for an emergency visit, even though I was not yet a customer. She was extremely knowledgeable and caring. I am so releived to have found a great eye doctor in my new location!

Family Eyewear Gallery is an excellent experience. The staff is outstanding, courteous, and always willing to help whether it’s on the phone or in the office. Dr. Lin as well is fabulous. I’m the type of person that asks a lot of questions (I’m curious!) and she never disappoints. She’ll explain everything until you’re satisfied. As well, she’s very thorough with the exam too. I love what they do!

I love this place. I switched here from the Walmart eye place. Like most large chains, Walmart basically ignores you b/​c they are too overwhelmed and their customer service is beyond terrible (the hwy k location). I learned my lesson and happen to be driving by this place and called and made an appointment. Dr Lin was so friendly and informative and her staff was so helpful with me choosing the right frame and so patient. If you are looking for a new eye doctor, I would 100% recommend this place for sure.

I came in to have my eyeglasses adjusted that someone from the Walmart optical (on hwy k) messed up. I do not know the lady who adjusted my glasses, but she was nice, patient and didn’t charge me. I’m def coming back.
