I am thoroughly appalled by the quality of service that I had received from a facial with Emily. I had recently moved back home and was looking for a new spa and this one came highly recommended for facials and dermaplaning. After my 60 minute facial and dermaplaning service I returned home only to find the entire left side of my face had been sliced nearly 8 times. I notified the owner Jamie and the rectification that was offered was to refund the $ 45 that the dermaplaning service cost or credit towards my account on a future service. Needless to say I took the $ 45 refund and will never return for any service due to the lack of concern with this entire issue. I have had the service is done on a regular basis for the past two years and never had this experience. Please make sure that you’re satisfied with the quality of service before you leave if you choose to use this salon and spa.
