KFC is a name familiar to all of us. Its been a household name for as far back as many of us could remember. As far as the quality of the food that is a place that they need to reevaluate. The pieces of the chicken are small and the coating was not entirely coating the chicken. It was soggy and just warm. As far as the sides they were excellent and fresh. Bu the bisquits seemed to have lost their punch! they are extremely small and not flacky. they were dry from sitting in the heater.
Service is weird, the manager is the one doing all the work and the cooking while young and new employees are taking care of the customer. This is silly, the manager should be dong the job of a manager! focusing on the guest and the food going out. Working in the back reminds of the old saying «You can’t drive the bus from the back seat»!
The restaurant was clean and well set, except for the bathroom «men’s» it had no paper towels and did need attention.
