Madison Prairie Point

I like these apartments in General; it is cut-​off from the main Road (Highway K) and that means a lot less noise pollution. I like the calm and this place gives me that. It is also close to Banks (1 mile radius), shopping (all of Highway K), Pizza places (2 of them right next door), an Indian Grocery store (next door again), a salon and a local Irish Pub. Did I also mention it is a stone’s throw away from the YMCA and the Pheasant Meadow Elementary school?
There is also a play area for dogs, a play area for toddlers (although I would like to see that cleaned every now and then as I have a 6 year old) and a Basketball/​Volleyball court. There is a swimming pool that’s open spring through the end of late summer.
The staff here is very courteous. I have had some issues with an old apartment I was sharing before I moved into my own apartment and the staff reached my apartment to help almost immediately. Typically otherwise, they do complete the job (s) in 24 – 48 hours.

This is an incredible place to live. The area features anything you need literally within a mile or so. The staff has been stellar and helpful beyond belief. Any time I’ve had an issue or idea they have been very receptive and have taken care of the issue and listened to the ideas with genuine interest. I want to also point out that the maintenance staff has always been prompt, thorough and professional any time I’ve needed them. They are now favorite people to my dog, Winston! :)
I would recommend this community to anyone; young, old, single, «attached», or anyone looking for a wonderful living experience.
