McDonalds

The last time I gave this location a try, I ordered a box of 20 chicken nuggets to share with co-​workers. They only gave us 2 dipping sauces. Really? I asked for more and they said that’s all they could give. So, I asked for my money back and when they asked why, I told them that if they have the budget stretched so tightly that they can only give 2 napkins, 2 ketchup packets, etc then they should probably shut that location down since they’re clearly having difficulty in making weekly payroll because of all the condiments they’ve been carelessly giving away. I got my money back and went to the location on the other side of Citicorp, made the same order and they gave me the 5 dipping sauces I desired to properly drown my whipped chicken-​meat nuggets (bite into one sometime and notice the air bubbles in the «meat»).

S. .. L. .. O. .. W. .. Waited 15 minutes after placing order and hadn’t even gotten to the window to pay. Bailed and went to the McD on Crusher — always a better choice!

This is my go-​to McDonalds. I have 3 in my general area, and this McDonalds is FAR better than either of the other two. The drive-​thru is quick, and the orders are provided correctly with no errors. The staff is nice and polite. The iced coffee doesn’t have grounds all over the bottom of it, and tastes fresh. i use this McDonalds at least weekly and have not yet had an issue since moving to this area over 6 months ago. Whoever manages this McDonalds is doing it right. The manager of this McDonalds need to visit the other two McDonalds in O’Fallon and teach them how fast food is done.

Love their shakes and café menu. Love their fries (especially when HOT). But when I go thru a drive thru I expect a thank you, not a hand shooting out of the window saying here! And immediately walking away to talk with friends. Not sure if young management and training or just not being taught as a child basic manners but a thank you goes a long way especially if I’ve gone out of my way to stop by your store.

McDonalds… Ahhhh yes. Its a hit or miss with these places. always wrong orders or the fries not fresh. but far as this location. I’ve only had one problem. I was up for work at 3am and needed coffee so i stopped by there to find out they only take cash cause the credit card machine is down. I never carry cash.. I was tired and cranky. Other then that incident. place is good.

How do you rate a McDonalds?!? I am generally not a fan, so the three stars I am giving is high for a McDonalds.
Food: Typical — as good a McDonalds gets. No issues.
Service: This is one of the most efficient drive-​throughs, time after time. If you see the line is long, you will be surprised how quickly you get through it. Inside, its been too long ago to comment.

Drive-​thru; one of the fastest and friendliest. In-​dining: not great. Small with not much seating. Think the kids gym area is bigger than the eating area. Love the new Carmel Frappé!
