I needed a couple tools to work on my son’s big box store bike and wasn’t 100% sure the exact tools I needed so I stopped in to ask an expert. Walking in I was intimidated by all the «pro» bikes and gear. I thought maybe this wasn’t going to be the right place for me. I needn’t have worried. The guy talked to me for a good five minutes and knew exactly the items I needed. He was helpful, attentive, and very friendly. But most importantly, he was very knowledgeable. While they didn’t have the tools on hand at that location he offered to call the other store. I was very impressed that he’d do that for me. I wasn’t in a hurry so I choose to just order the tools and pick up there the following Wednesday. I walked out of there feeling great. When the order came in I recieved a prompt text message. When I picked up the order the girl who checked me out was just has helpful and friendly. She made sure I knew how to use them properly as well. I really couldn’t have asked for a better experience. I can’t say how often I will need to shop there but you can bet that if I need anything bike related this’ll be the place I go to.

I recently purchased a Trek 7.3 from Momentum. I had a lot of questions about which bike was right for me, accessories, etc. The guys in this store take the time to answer my questions and don’t try to sell me a bunch of stuff I won’t use. I did add the Gold Plan for lifetime repair of flats.
Great store, knowledgable staff.
