Called and left a message. A woman finally called us back 2 days later and set the appointment. Took off work to be here. NO SHOW AND NEVER A PHONE CALL TO SAY SORRY AND RESCHEDULE!
Handyman Connection was at least reliable, here when they said they would be, did what they said they would do, for the price they set. No hassle, no unnecessary missed work.
BUT THIS MONK GUY? NOT TO EVEN EVER CALL BACK AND SAY OOPS, LET’S RESCHEDULE? Pass on this guy. UNRELIABLE.
