Friendly staff, central location. Wife and I usually work out here in the mornings. I use the pool and she uses the cardio equipment.
First of all, the staff is excellent from top to bottom. Good people and helpful. The other members are also pretty friendly. Some gyms are filled with rude people. Not this one.
I use the pool in the morning, which can be crowded depending on the day. You can go and get a nice workout with little interruption. If you have to share lanes, people will offer to let you do that and if someone needs to share with you they will ask.
Overall, a very great gym. Our membership is about $ 78 a month. Well worth it, we’ve been very pleased.

I’ve belonged to many gyms… I always come back to the Y… my kids love the Family Hub and pool… staff is always friendly and its just comfortable here. You can’t ask for anything more. I love the Y
