I just got home from this store. I was very Impressed with my customer service person. His name was Nick Nobles. He took excellent care of me from start to finish. I read some of the reviews and I had heard the were under new management. Nick bent over backwards with his assistance. They will be my new Sprint store! No problems here!

Worst customer service ever! We have tried for a month to get a working phone from them– we pay the $ 10/month insurance and they still refuse to provide a working phone. The manager, Brad Tiggs, was rude beyond belief. The second we are out of our contract we will never use Sprint again.

For a corporate location this has to be the poorest trained staff and laziest manager in the company. I was in 30 minutes before closing and the store manager took my name to get in line. I had already been in another store and they told me the solution was for Sprint to replace my Samsung S3 battery because of known issues. After waiting 45 minutes that tje manager just took names and watched his staff work while doing nothing himself it was. finally my turn. The rep then started telling me because I didnt have insuranve there likely would be a fee and they could SELL me a new battery AND it was going to be another 30 minutes before the tech could even get to my phone because he still had to do a full check on my phone even though the battery spun like a top. I told the rep I wss unwilling to wait yet more time for a. simple battery replacement. Every time I go in to that store it seems that they either have only morons or ignorant lazy staff. I went to andifferent location the next day and wih the same amount of people ahead of me I was out of there with the new battery which solved the problem, in under 15 minutes. If I could give this store a negative or even zero score I would. It takes me a few years to forget and go back in to tjat store so I am safe till 2017 now. Avoid this store and it’s bad management!!!

I’ve always received great service from the sales people and technicians at this location. However, the manager today was anything but helpful. I had a problem with my phone which required them to tear my invisible shield off to repair the phone. I asked for a replacement shield and the manager insisted that I go online to get one(which means my $ 700 phone will be unprotected for a week+) OR I could drive to West County(20 miles away) to get a replacement(or pay full price $ 44 at their store). As a long time loyal customer of Sprint I expected just a little flexibility and unfortunately got none.
