St. Charles County Cab is a rip off! Their pieces are ridiculous! A handful of their drivers and dispatchers are rude. They have consistently been late picking me up, making me late for work!!! Got so fed up I started using St. Charles yellow cab instead. And I save about 7 dollars a day now. I will never use them again unless I’m completely desperate.

Horrible service!!! Called and they said it would be 5 min to an 1 hr. What a range! thought to myself, yah go ahead. surely it cant be an hr when im right down the road. called back at 50 min and they told me they had a customer going through the drive through at a restaurant and still had to drop them off! wow. prob would have waited another 30 till they got there. well my night was ruined! a courtesy call would have been nice! horrible cust service! Find another company to use!
