It took the company over 2 mths to send a check for a satin reversible clerical stole they ruined (not even worn weekly). Stole cost around $ 100. Received a check for $ 18.00 and a $ 20 certificate for cleaning. Do you think I should use the certificate!
They told me repeatedly they would reimburse me for the item.
