My sister lives in O’Fallon, IL and live in Washington. It’s her first day back to work after having her first child. I wanted something to brighten her day. I called asked for something bright and cheery to be delivered the same day. The gentleman on the phone was very professional, told me the flowers could be delivered early afternoon. The flowers were delivered ahead of time and were beautiful! Thank you for helping me make my sister smile!

It was my friends birthday and I needed to send flowers that day. I called the florist and dealt with two lovely ladies (one called Julie). I asked if they could be delivered same day (it was 3 pm!). No problem! My friend was super happy and the flowers looked lovely. She got them within two hours of the call. Now that is excellent customer service and amazingly efficient! Thanks so much.

Steve did the flowers for my wedding and he did an absolutely fabulous job. I was really impressed when we initially met with him, because as we were talking about what I wanted, he pulled together an ad hoc example of what my bouquet would look like. It really helped confirm my decision on what I wanted, to be able to see it in person beforehand. He really listened to what I wanted and kept everything within our budget. I wanted simple and classy, and that’s exactly what I got. Everything looked (and smelled) beautiful.
He really went the extra mile to make sure my day was everything I wanted. I had given him a locket that I wanted incorporated into my bouquet. It held photos of two loved ones who had passed away and wouldn’t be with us (in person) on my wedding day. On the day of the wedding after the flowers were delivered, that was the first thing I looked for on the bouquet – and found that it was missing. I was a little upset but figured I’d just deal with it. We were within minutes of the wedding starting so there wasn’t much that could be done at that point. Well, somehow Steve magically managed to get back to his shop which was about 15 min. from the church – and back – in time for the ceremony, locket in hand. Not sure how he did it (and am wondering if there’s a speeding ticket I don’t know about) but it really meant a lot to me.
As a side note – his shop is beautiful. It’s filled with so many neat things for the home and for gifts, too.
