I like my T-​Mobile service, so this is not a rating of the service, rather a rating of this store. Ever since we signed up 5 lines with them, they’ve been spamming our phones with promotional texts — these are from the store, manager specifically, not T-​Mobile.

I swapped over to T-​mobile about 2 months ago from AT&T simply to reduce my monthly bill. I have 3 phones on my account and it is indeed $ 50 a month cheaper as promised. However the cellphone service has been amazingly bad. I have the iPhone5S and two high end androids on my plan and they all have trouble doings the things we expect phones to do now.
Recently drove 800 miles cross country with two friends who had AT&T I can honestly say at no time did my phone receive a better signal. There was 400 miles plus on I-​55 where I had no data capability at all.
If it was one phone that would be understandable that you just got a POS from the factory. But all 3?
I really liked the idea of the cheaper bill and they delivered. It’s like trading in a BMW for a Ford. However I did not expect to have to push the Ford from place to place.
I will be going back to AT&T or some other provider as soon as possible.
