My previous review stands, but I did receive a call from them about coming to do the water heater drain and other little bits of the service plan. For that I’ll bump them up a star, but the cost issues otherwise are accurate.

Stay away from these guys. The tech was more worried about selling me a new unit than even addressing the problem. He came off as more as a salesman than a technician. Another company fixed my problem in less than an hour at a cost of less than 400 dollars. Avoid these scam artists.

Belleville, IL
The technician quoted me on a «bandaid» solution which would cost just at $ 400 and was not recommended. Instead he claimed I should replace the water heater, which is only two years old at a cost of $ 1400.
Later today after contacting another local company which proved much more reputable the problem was fixed in 15 minutes at a cost under $ 100.
So glad I sent Spengler out the door and didn’t do business with these scammers.

Andrew was great to work with. We had a new furnace, A/​C and water heater installed. We also wanted to relocate our outside A/​C unit and he coordinated with my landscaper to make everything go smoothly and on time!
