V.A. Nails

If you want to get your nails filled every 7 – 10 days and wait forever each time, then have to go back 2 days later for a repair, then this is the place for you. The ladies are very nice and friendly and do a pretty ok job. The men do a horrible job that I guarantee you will have to be redone. I have been going here for 3 months. I have given them the benefit of the doubt. They push your cuticles back with their nails while they are completely dry. This makes it look like you need a fill in literally a few days. They have failed miserably. It is too expensive to have to return so soon. Some of our nails literally fall of within 2 – 4 days of having them done. All four of us have had the same issues and have decided to not give our hard earned money and hours and hours of our precious time to this salon. They simply don’t seem to care about what the customer wants. They do a job that guarantees them more money when you have to come back sooner than should be fair. They tell people it’s a ten minute wait and you end up there for 2 – 3 hours.

Horrible polish job…
I’ve been twice for a quick polish change and each time I was extremely disappointed… A polish change to normal nails, no gel, no manicure, just to change the color and each time the nails dried with bubbles in each nail! Not just one or two small bubbles but several. It must have been the cover polish because it was two different colors of OPI. It was also a different person each time. After returning and informing staff what happened she redid the polish and was very careful to keep me longer to check how they dried. Also used a quick dry cover polish. They do look much better but having to return twice to get smooth nails without bubbles was a waste of my time. It’s a great location for me and the store is beautiful with a great kids pedicure area. Just wish I wouldn’t have strayed off my experience with this. I won’t be returning.

Waited 45minutes to get my pedicure. They never told me there was a wait! They put me straight into a seat so when they got to me they were rushing & my water was cold! Tell me there will be a wait & I will come back, don’t make me assume I will be helped in ten min when u sit me down! Not a good way to start my bday. :(

Great place to take the family and relax with a good pedicure. Highly recommended and very affordable. Highest cost is only $ 40.
