Called from out of state to send flowers to relative in Missouri! I asked if they could send a picture to my email! The picture came quickly and bouquet is gorgeous! Amazing service, friendly and helpful! I highly recommend this company!

I just want to say a HUGE thank you to Paula S. at the Hwy K (O’Fallon, MO) location for the fabulous job she did on my January 2015 wedding. I met with Paula about six months prior to the wedding day and I couldn’t have been more pleased having her as my point of contact. I described my vision to her and she got it right away. If a certain flower in «my vision» wasn’t in season, she found alternatives that looked almost identical and were lower in price. I live in Dallas now but had the wedding in St. Louis (where I am from) and during our next visit, when we met with Paula she had samples ready of the bouquets and centerpieces for me to view. In addition to the flowers, I purchased a lot of vintage décor (books, typewriter, lanterns, etc) down in Dallas and for a small fee, Paula and her team were available to set up all the décor, along with the flowers out on the wedding day. The biggest thing to me was that she allowed us to drop off all the décor and store it at their location since I do not live in St. Louis anymore and my family was already storing so much stuff for the wedding to begin with. She didn’t have to do that but she did and I can’t get over how accommodating she was. Lastly, I want to comment that we were trying to stick to our budget and not go over too much with any one vendor. Instead of pressuring us to spend more money on a certain flower, Paula mentioned that she wanted us to be comfortable with what we were spending. I was so impressed and pleased and would recommend Walter Knoll again and again. Thanks so much for a job amazingly done!

Great place to do business. Called from out of town to order a funeral arrangement and I couldn’t have been treated better. Very understanding of my needs and they even delivered the same day. The live plant was very nice and appropriate. Thank you Walter Knoll Florist.

I ordered all the flowers for my wedding back in October 2013. Everything turned out GREAT. All the staff there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Heather was my florist and she did an aweasome job with my consulation. She is very creative and know how to use your ideas and create something fantistic! I would definitely recommend her and walter knoll to others!
