Tocco

Slow and disorganized, inattentive and with no expectation you will be back (terminal five for heaven’s sake), I suspect Tocco means screw up in some language. We abandoned it after waiting 20 minutes. Good grief, it’s an airport! Actually, the staff was trying. The issue is the lack or organization– can I assume that is manager’s responsibility? Seems like an easy fix, but no one is watching.

Well… we didn’t want to believe the two star rating. We figured that all airport restaurants are slow and expensive.
Our experience was that the prices were reasonable; however, the service was ridiculous. It was slow and absent-​minded. They forgot about our waters and let our pizza order sit on the side behind the counter for a while. They served other people and even almost served someone else’s food to us! We watched one of the servers reach over our pizza and her ID tag (which hung from a lanyard around her neck) dragged over the top of our food for at least a minute. It really grossed me out.
We decided to get up and leave. The server noticed and quickly grabbed our pizza as if she remembered to serve it to us. We said no… we needed to board our plane. We went to Urban Olive instead.

Waiting for 30 minutes. And I still can’t get my pasta to go. Actually they haven’t cook it yet.

Told to sit at a table that had not been cleaned. Ordered draft beer, but they were out. Asked for water twice before served. Server messed up my partner’s order. My mini hamburgers took 30 minutes to serve. Paid $ 30 for three beers, then left. Better options in terminal 5 food court.

Had breakfast here before my flight. The food took a long time and they brought in the wrong order. They also have a limited 6 item menu. When I ordered what I wanted I was informed that they did not have that item. They are short staffed and slow. If you are in a hurry definitely not the place to go.

The bartender (I ate at the bar) was very nice. The pizza and salad were just fine. Its an airport, right? I know that. I did however order three different glasses of wine, all of which were not available. They had three out of seven available. Poor planning on their part. I think they did a fine job with what they’re given. I would eat here again.

A place to sit before boarding drinking Peroni beeer. Hungry but can’t finish the Minestrone soup with cheese on top of the soup!!! Service could be better!!!

The negative reviews about this place are ridic. You’re in an airport terminal, everything is going to be expensive! Had the Stagioni pizza and it was delicious. Italian style with very thin crust, fresh mozzerella and lots of fresh veggies. Located across from Gate M7.

It is the worst airport restaurant ever !! I ordered a salad at an enormous price of $ 15!
It was tasteless. It didn’t even look good.
It gave me nausea throughout my trip !! I would not suggest anyone to go there.
I should have read the reviews before eating here.

Breakfast menu is limited and the frittata was horrible. The macchiato was okay. Only bright spot was the server. She was attentive and friendly and only reason I am not giving this place 1 star.

Airport food is going to be expensive no matter what. Most people know that, including myself. However– when your prices are over the top your food should taste good. I have ordered their prosciutto sandwich and also their pasta carbonara. $ 15 for a very mediocre sandwich loaded with arugula. They should rename it the arugula sandwich. Their pasta carbonara took 25 minutes to make and it was not during a busy time. The pasta was disgusting. Very small portion of pasta. I would rather eat frozen dinner pastas. I will never eat here again.

Just came here for lunch, below average food at a outrages price! Will never step foot in this place again! 30 dollars for a mediocre sandwich!!!

We needed to get some food before our flight to Dublin. This place was close to the gate, this was the main reason for coming in.
I had a nice panini and my gf a pizza. Both were delicious. Service was quick and helpful. Between ordering our food and having it on the table was around 5 minutes. This was great because it relieved us from the stress to make out flight.
