Bridget is absolutely amazing. She’s so patient and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and explained ever step thoroughly. I will definitely be coming back to this location and I am so pleased with the amazing service I received. Thanks bridget!

Stopped in to get a concealer brush. I know, not my usual impressive and worthy purchase, but I was in for a quick drive-​by. I was not greeted, but instead huffed at by «Cory», who could barely manage to pull herself from a seating to a standing position to bother assisting me. Huffed a few more times as I asked her to compare two brushes so that I could find the best one that would suit me. After signing the receipt for my clearly pathetic and time-​wasting purchase, she slithered back to her perch to get back on her phone, leaving my receipt on the counter. I asked what I should do with said evidence of my miserable existence in her store, and she told me I should leave it on the counter. A receipt. I’ll take my business back to Sephora until corporate can train their associates to stand instead of perch.

I stopped by Bare Escentuals this past winter. (Sorry about the long wait for reviewing)
I had bought several of their products at Nordstoms several months back before my visit and kind of forgot how to apply everything. Unfortunately, Nordstroms no longer carries the line because there’s a Bare Escentual store in the same mall. So basically I was there hoping for a lesson in all the things I bought. I’m so glad I did! The sales lady looked at all the products I had purchased and went over application. She noticed that I had bought the wrong color foundation and tested several colors till she picked out the best match for me. Wow, I was sold the wrong color at Nordstroms! She took her time teaching me everything I needed to know so I could apply all my makeup at home. I ended up buying a few more items as I was grateful for all the help. I love their BareMinerals matte foundation powder with SPF 15, I can’t live without their Mineral Veil which leaves a gorgeous luminous look! I love that the Mineral Veil is made without parabens, sulfates etc. I will definitely be a loyal customer!

I absolutely love Bare Escentuals so had to make a pit stop here during the 20% off one-​day-​only sale to get what I needed. Small store so it’s easy to find and grab things off the shelves. Friendly staff. Cheaper tax at this location compared to Chicago is definitely a plus too.

Ok. So i’m not giving it a 2 because of the product. Even a little.
I used to work for Bare Escentuals, so maybe my expectations are rather high, buuuuuttttt
I walk in planning on buying a foundation. I also had it in my head that if the customer service was awesome, I can always use something else.
First thing, no one acknowledges I walk in. One Girl is with another client. The other is behind the counter. I find my foundation. Someone else walks in. 2^nd associate runs to her and asks if she needs help. I walk to the counter. Stand for 2 minutes waiting to pay. She then sits the lady who walked in after me down to do her makeup.
I put my foundation away and left.
I would have gone to Sephora if i wanted to be ignored.

This is one of the greatest foundations I’ve ever tried. You have to try it to believe it. I work for a very high end cosmetic line and was sick of people asking me for Bare Escentuals, I was up one night and seen the info mercial and I bought it.. I never expected to fall in love with it. It last for hours and doesn’t get on your clothes and its good for your skin and last like 6 months for $ 28 heck that’s a steal. This Thursday Aug 26, I am stocking up at the Oak Brook location they are having customer appreciation and you get 20% off and a free make under I’ll probably spend at least $ 60 because they have a free gift if you do they always give away great gifts. I’m a FANATIC if anyone goes ask for Lindsey she is awesome

The bride-​to-​be and I went here for free makeovers and tips. Justin was great and even filled out a how-​to card for us with diagrams and everything! I don’t do make up ever, and I get so many compliments when I just follow the card. He helped me pick the colors to best suit my features and even wrote which brush to use. No pressure to buy, but of course I walked out with at least half the items he suggested.
The make up is great for your skin, and even just using the Mineral Veil gives my face a healthy glow. Also a fan of the SFP 15 foundation.
Only complaint is that the make-​up is not good for travel. It’s powder and just gets to messy in transit.
