I have to give my props to Sean, a supervisor at the Bose store. He reviewed Unilocal and contacted me after my negative report on Unilocal.He used the Unilocal messaging system to determine my original need, and to maintain a dialog to ensure that the issue was resolved and my needs met. We arranged an appointment at the store. The transaction for arranging the repair of the 3−2−1 system was quickly accomplished. I appreciate this thoroughness.

I was just in there with my girlfriend and received the worst(ie: nonexistent) customer service. Both sales employees ignored us for the entire time we were in the store. I asked one of them a question about the soundlink system we were interested in to maybe start a conversation(as retail employees are trained to do) and recieed a very short answer followed by the employee walking away. I’ve worked retail my whole life, so I can tell the difference between a busy salesman and a lazy salesman. Sorry Bose, I’m heading to Brookstone now because while their product isn’t as nice, their sales staff is.

My husband needed to have his headphones repaired that were originally sold to him a couple years back for $ 75. The same headphones now have increased in price to $ 100. The associate informed him that they could not do repairs to the headphones, but checked to see if his headphones were still under warranty. Unfortunately, they were not. Regardless, they replaced his headphones for free since they couldn’t repair it. What customer service! My husband and I are faithful customers of Bose and we only buy headphones from them!

I went here to purchase some holiday gifts for our department and the staff: Alicia, Jenna, and Matt were fantastic. We had some issues with clearing our check and it took about an hour and a half to two hours to get things done, but during the time I was there they were polite and extremely friendly. Matt even bought me a cookie from Mrs. Fields! Thank you! Of course I was frustrated that it was taking so long to clear since it was a check from a well-known company, but it wasn’t their fault it was the company they use to verify checks fault(maybe they need a knew company). For some apparent reason the check # was too long and the company could not read it. *Sigh* There was a lot of phone calls made, but in the end I got what I needed and I made the holiday season for this Bose Store. Also while I was waiting around I watched how employees interact with customers and they were very knowledgeable and always knew what the customers were looking for once they described the item. Great staff! Thanks for the help!
