I was referred to a therapist here by my insurance company. My 15 year old daughter is struggling with depression and is finally willing to speak to a therapist, which is HUGE. I called and left a message for Susan, who returned my call later that day.
Susan didn’t really ask any questions about my daughter and actually seemed distracted during the phone call, which left a bad taste in my mouth. We made an appointment for Monday the following week. She called me Monday afternoon and said she forgot she had a staff meeting and had to cancel. I expressed my disappointment, telling her my daughter had actually really been looking for forward to talking to her. Again, she seemed disengaged and disinterested. Against my better judgement, we set another appointment for Thursday evening. She called me Thursday morning from a blocked number and seemed surprised I answered, initially staying silent for a while. She started with «I’m gonna have to super-​disappoint you again…» at which point I told her «Never mind, I will find someone else» and hung up and cried out of anger and frustration.
I am extremely disappointed in my experience with this agency and would NOT recommend them. Thankfully my daughter wasn’t in extreme crisis but it was very disheartening for her to go through this.

I have seen therapist for many years now and have never had such a negative experience. I saw Martha Cook and all she cared about was trying to get me back in. I was going through post partum depression and anxiety and she didn’t even think to relate it knowing I had just had a baby. She never asked the typical questions of if I feel like I would hurt myself or others. You know the questions any licensed and caring professional in this industry asks at every visit. She was rude. I called her panicked once and confused about my situation and she didn’t even care or ask how I was feeling or my day was. She just said we just started treatment I need to figure you out and it can take a few visits. I could have been a danger to myself and this women didn’t care. I thankfully found the care I needed but I would never ever recommend her.

Great and convenient location. We got to our appointment and there was no waiting time. The doctor saw us right away. We had a very positive experience here.
