This location is the absolute best and has amazing workers. I came in with a friend last week and spent a lot of time in the store. The girl helping us was amazing! She did demos for us, answered every question we had and had the best attitude. I felt like she was a close friend of mine and had known her for a long time. I will definitely be coming to this location for my products. Thank you for having great girls in the store.

Okay, I love lush. Always have, always will. Even with associates CONSTANTLY on you in a very uncomfortable way, I will always love lush… However, I feel like this specific store needs to make their «tester» products far more prominent that it is a tester. I myself can typically tell, however some of the other customers can not. My dark Angels had finger prints in it and was halfway gone. I picked from the stack behind the «tester» as well.

I came into this store for the first time yesterday and was greeted by one of the employees, complimenting my hat. I know they’re told to give a phony compliment to the customers on a certain item they’re wearing as soon as they step into the store. I’m not a fool, it’s a way to lure you into the store. But I’d rather be treated nicely rather than not receive any type of acknowledgement, if that makes any sense. The store was jammed packed. It was unreal! So keep a close eye on your wallet! I ended up buying a wash scrub and was given a small sample on a body wash. Great experience.

I love the smell of this store and what keeps me coming back is the Dream Cream and Buffy bar. It’s super expensive. I never see a sale but they do offer a recycling program where you bring back 5 clean pods w/​logo and get a face mask. $ 10 for a normal size bar of soap is absurd, but it is my treat and it smells heavenly.
Employees are friendly and will help you test products. Word of advice though, don’t call your customers «sweetie» or «honey». It’s annoying and I cringe if someone other than my grandfather calls me that. Also, if you’re clearly younger than the shopper, don’t even think about using those words to address your consumer.
I’m glad they expanded as the new space wasn’t bigger than their old one in Macys, just a different flow. Hopefully this helps on crowded days.
Ask for samples… I sometimes am talked into purchasing products then end up returning them because they’re not for me.
High five for their products not being tested on animals and having many vegan options. I think that I wouldn’t have a problem buying more items from here for the prices if they weren’t using artificial ingredients or chemicals like SLS.

Love Lush, love the new free standing store. Enjoyed the presence at Macy’s but it is exciting to see Lush in its own domain. Of course the store smells absolutely divine and is staffed with incredibly knowledgeable and kind staff, at the ready to buff and puff customers into oblivion. Currently closed for expansion, which is super fly, since the space currently is quite shallow and unable to keep up with the heavy traffic flow from people searching their personal nirvana.

Cute, gimmicky, fun, but very pricey — I think meant for younger crowd. I’m a bit long in the tooth for this store. Was SUPER crowded when I was in at Christmas time. Was shopping for my son’s girlfriend. The young woman that helped me was super nice!

I am glad Lush moved from Macy’s and I definitely think they could use an even bigger store! That’s my main concern here, it can get pretty crowded and hot. The employees are always super nice and when I go in with my friend and her daughter, they always do the demonstrations for her little girl and are so friendly and patient. Some of the stuff is pricey, but you know what you’re getting in to. Plus it smells great and they offer samples.

The employees at lush are always very friendly and easily approachable and they actually know which products would best suit your needs. They’re also always glad to offer free samples if you ask. The store is very clean and well organized and I just love the company and what they stand for!

Best store ever. I had never been in the store until today and had only heard good things about it. I went in today and fell in love with all the products. The employees are the nicest people and they are EXTREMELY relatable. They know exactly what’s best for whatever you need. Everything smells amazing and works amazing. They even let you try the products before you buy them. This is the best store I’ve ever been in. I give it 35 out of 5 stars

I love the fact they are out of Macy’s. The staff is very friendly, and knowledgeable about all the product they sell. I heart the bars of soap. You must get Karma soap and sexy peal. Karma cream and karma solid perfume are also must buys.

I feel like the girls are pretty helpful but they can get overwhelming at times. As long as you tell them you’re content doing your own thing, you should be fine. Other than that, great products! Just wishing the store was a little bigger…

THE most helpful and nicest staff at any cosmetic store or any store I’ve ever been to. I came in with some seriously dry winter skin and got amazing products. Lizzie (I’m awful at remembering names so I hope I’m right) was awesome and didn’t push anything on me for just the sale. They genuinely love what they do there. I will literally be back once a week to get more amazing products.

Other than the fact I was hoping for a humongous LUSH store when they moved from the corner of Macy’s, this LUSH shop is perfect. All the latest and new concoctions and all the best sales people. This is one of the few, or perhaps, the only retailer that I’ll so happily buy their products and let them slide down the bathtub drain. The bubble bars are so amazing, there’s nothing quite like them anywhere or anyplace except LUSH. If you’re a little more frugal than they suggest, you can cut the small bubble bars in 2 for 2 baths, or 4 times for the large bubble bars. The scent, the softness of the water, the amazing bubbles, there’s nothing better than a LUSH bath!

It’s the same Lush we’ve come to love! I feel this location is a bit smaller than at other malls, but it’s a heck of a lot better than when they were shoved into the corner of Macy’s. Regardless, it appears they are still able to offer up a great selection of their products and the salespeople don’t come off as pushy as previously.

I actually had GREAT service here. I walked in looking for a Christmas gift and was greeted right away even though the store was PACKED. I mean, I couldn’t move because there were so many people. The sales woman approached me and asked what I needed and found EXACTLY what I wanted in less than a minute for me. I was out of there in no time! The store is quite small, strollers are a definite no no here. But other than that I can’t complain!

I will miss Lush inside Macys … but the new store is nice. I was hoping for something bigger. This time of the year it gets crazy packed … if you have an umbrella stroller or a b.o.b.. don’t even attempt to enter unless it’s clear. Service was okay, maybe they just hired a bunch of «holiday» workers that aren’t really as genuinely helpful and knowledgeable as when they were inside Macys. No one really offered their help unless I asked. Just asked me the typical «are you finding everything okay»… they weren’t really engaging like the employees at Lush Macys. It’s okay for customers like me who know what they want, but if I didn’t have the initial helpful, knowledgeable sales lady, then I probably would not have discovered half the items that I use from there. Hopefully service gets better after the holidays and it’s just the regular non holiday staff. I love the dream cream and dream wash and the bath bombs smell amazing!
