I am a regular here, I’ll come on my lunch break most days. When I read all the bad reviews I noticed they were all from one or two years ago. Been going since 2014 through 2015. And I have to say those reviews are all wrong. Not sure if they switched up the crew but the staff is a really friendly! Most of them great with a smile. I will say lunchtime is very busy here but they are swift and will get you out the door quick. If I could give this place six stars I would.

Lunch time is packed but still should inspect the waiting and make sure tables and floors are clean.

I agree with Nic that this is just a Subway. The food is good, same as any other. But the service is just HORRIBLE. Unfriendly, didn’t greet, and no smiles whatsoever. I ask the guy if a certain sandwich is good, and he responds by naming all other types of sandwiches, thanks. Then I get to the condiments, which was worse. Four slices of cucumber for a footlong, sprinkled spinach. Had to ask for more, it was then bagged and thrown next to the register. No thank you, no nothing. It would’ve been an excellent trip to Subway if the people working made an effort. There were three people working and not one of them wanted to be there. Oh well. Back to the mall!

Subway is Subway is Subway … or so I thought. Sometimes, you are quickly reminded how unfriendly people can be. After waiting 10 minutes in a line that snaked out the door, it was finally my turn to order. I asked for a footlong Black Forest Ham sandwich and was horrified when the guy scooped up a mountain of some bright orange chicken(?). «Oh, sir, I asked for Black Forest Ham.» «No, you didn’t. You said Buffalo Chicken! GOD.» Whoa. Wow, okay. Cool. Enjoy your day! I got my sandwich and was happy to get the heck out of there. Someone needs to learn basic people skills.
