Fabulous service! I am experienced with overseeing major rehab on homes and apartment buildings, so I am difficult to impress. Many contractors do not show up on time (which is a waste of my time), or cut corners to save themselves time and money. My project was a full remodel of the lobby of an apartment building. Byron Burk took time to consider the most cost-​effective alternatives for the project and executed beautifully. As an added bonus, he is great with people, so he did a wonderful job interacting with some difficult tenants. I will be hiring him again!

I hired Byron Burk for several projects: window cleaning, installation if a new bathroom floor, and replacing my front entry door knob. His work is excellent and everything was left spotless.
