I’ve shopped here for years, and have used their technical support. Have bought several computers here over the years for home use. I have never had an issue with their employees, or their equipment. If I have a question, they are helpful and knowledgeable. They will help you work through problems. They have recently gone through an ownership change also recently. For a small shop this is the go to place for me
