D&D Concrete, Inc

I got this guy because I saw what a great job he did on my neighbor’s sidewalks back in early summer. So I got an estimate on the spot. Got the impression is was a smaller job than usual but he’d be willing to do it.
Took a couple weeks to come out for a 2^nd estimate, fine.
Took another 3 weeks after the day he said he’d be doing it, fine.
Kept making comments about how much more dirt there was than he thought, fine.
Started at 7am sharp like he said he would, fine.
When I woke after after an hour of them working, saw all the ‘premium garden mushroom soil’ was loaded up on his truck instead of piled up in my garden. NOT FINE!
but, it was already on the truck and so I figured what the hell. It’d take a long time to make them unload it, maybe screw up the job and why would I want to piss off the sculptor before my beautiful sidewalk is done?
THEN…
After they left, I noticed all the surplus dust and rocks that make the bedding were just dumped behind my neighbor’s garage in the little weedpatch! I mean did they not think we would notice that?
NOT FINE!!!
Now I have to shovel all that crap and try and throw it in the garbage
before the next rain.
I coulda tolerated all the above stuff and bit it, whatever, the work itself is beautiful, but using my neighbor’s garage as a dumping ground in the alley I mean are you kidding me? Had no problem working hard to get all my leftover soil onto the truck but saw fit to just dump the unneeded rocks on my neighbor’s property.
The only reason I’m leaving even one star is because the job itself is incredibly nice.
