HORRIBLE! This place is now called dreams, even though the sign out in front still says Papas which is sort of deceiving if you ask me. Anyways my family and I decided to go and check it out last week and I would have to say it was HORRIBLE! Not only was it not papas pizza, which is what I thought it was, no one seated us until I went and asked the bartender if we should just sit anywhere, I would like to mention that it was me, my husband, my 6 year, my 2 year old and my 7 month old, and when I asked for high chairs I was told they didn’t have any and then a girl came by and introduced herself and said she’d be right back with water and menus but after 10 mins she still never came back so the bartender came over and asked if we wanted menus and we said yes and she brought 1 piece of paper with some food items listed on it, I would hardly call it a menu. After another 5 minutes of no service my family and I decided to leave. The place is a dump inside, very run down and outdated and obviously the new«dreams» doesn’t know the first thing about customer service. Would not recommend going to this place! I would also like to mention that if Unilocal would let me I wouldn’t give this place any stars

This has to be the worst pizza place that I have every visited. The pizza sauce was bland with a tart taste. The cheese was cheap and dry. As if it was left out for a while. I would not recommend this place at all. You would be happier with a frozen pizza. I have this feeling as if a big was crawling on me, really uncomfortable.

What can I say about Pappa’s Pizza? Well, I know what I can’t say. I can’t say it’s great pizza. I can’t say it’s a good value for the money. I have to agree with the other reviewer regarding the«Crisco issue.» Pappa’s Pizza is, by far, the greasiest pizza I’ve ever had. And as a big old fat man who loves pizza(and anything greasy), even I was a bit disgusted by the amount of grease on this pie. There were literally pools of grease floating on top of the cheese. Also, when I called, I told them I had just moved to the area and was looking for«my new pizza place.» Since an older man answered the phone, I suspected he was a manger or owner, but I really don’t know. But just by saying I was a first time customer, you’d think they’d take a little extra care making the pizza. When it arrived, it was overcooked. It hadn’t turned black, but what should have been golden brown cheese was a dark brownish-red. Eating the pizza, it felt like you were biting through a piece of cellophane on top because the cheese was so overcooked and rubbery(in a bad way). I’m really trying to think of a reason to give them two stars, but I can’t. It was just a terrible pizza all around.

Great thin crust. The restaurant is pretty outdated but it isn’t Italian fine dining, it’s a good old American pizza place. Game room for the kids, large party room and readonably priced. It doesn’t look very welcoming from the street but has tons of potential. My kids love it!

This is a great pizza, I love it when it is a little on the greasy side, it adds to the flavor. A must try if your in the area.

Another awesome pizze place for thin crust pizza, when I was a kid growing up in Dolton, they had a place called Italian Fiesta. well changes in ownership and pizza was never the same, but this place has very good pizza as good as that place and my family loves it, and they always honor the coupon whether we have it or not. Really nice inside too, many don’t dine in, so its like a private party every time we go. the kids love it.

omg! If you are in the southern suburbs, you have to stop here. Super thin pizza. The owners are cool as they come.
