If I could give zero I would. The office management here is atrocious. The doctors’ assistants are non responsive and lazy. I had two procedures done here. The doctors were checking out things on their iPads (non work related) and cracking mysoginistic jokes.
STAY AWAY

I’ve been going to Dr. Mingolelli (I’m not sure how to spell his name) for about 2 years. This is one of the best Dr. I’ve ever had. When I first started going to him I was miserable, obesity over weight, sick as can be. He ran all kinds of tests on me, came up with a game plan and two years later I’m 160+ lbs lighter. My stomach problems have been under control, and I’m feeling 15 years younger. I will tell you this. He will go to the ends of the earth to help you, if your willing to listen to him, follow his instructions, and really work at being a better you. He changed my life. Now I feel I’ll have a chance now to watch my grandchildren grow up, and I owe it to MY Dr., and Physicians Cooperative.

A NIGHTMARE!
I will never go back.
My final appointment there took 4 visits, and at least 4 hours to finally get the medication I had been getting for over a year.
They began drug testing every single patient.
Urine tests must be taken on a day other than the day of your appointment.
I went back to take the test, and to get my prescriptions.
The Dr. wasn’t there that day, and for some reason needed me to sign new papers.
The Dr. was in 2 days later, so I drove the 35mi AGAIN to sign the papers.
I did not get my prescription.
I had to come back AGAIN to FINALLY get it.
HORRIBLE!
